Our room was beautiful and clean, it overlooked the pool. The amenities were great and the staff friendly! Due to COVID they were a little short staffed so at times things moved a bit slower mostly check in, check out and room service. Overall it was a great trip and I would recommend majestic. The double sinks in the room are very convenient with plenty of shelf space. The only missing thing, if any, is a rack for wet swimming suits, that we put on the chairs on the terrace. The food was excellent. I consider myself quite demanding and there was always plenty of choice. I also felt very comfortable eating green salads, raw food and even sushi and we were never sick.
Our previous experience in Egypt and Mexico were less reassuring. Seaweed was a bit annoying but we noticed that it piles up during the day, so we used the beach in the morning and in the afternoon we would just use the pool. The rooms are okey, a bit old, but okey. The food is nice and much choice. Very good food and staff. Nice location. Big, veeery big pools. He made our trip very special. Highly recommend. Our buttler Emmanuel did everthing to make us happy. We would like to come again.
They made the vacation enjoyable. Everyone was kind and we enjoyed it. The food was ok, love the local dishes. The entertainment each night was awesome. We were never bored throughout the whole vacation. There is always something to do. There were always mask dispensers near by. Our butler Guzman was so kind and polite and went the extra mile for us.
We booked the Majestic Colonial Hotel. Upon arrival we were accommodated in the Majestic Mirage, it was perfect. They offered a room with a swimming pool for an extra charge, which we took. Hotel Colonial has a beautiful green area.
